What is GST?

• Submit the application through the GSTIN portal.
• Receive an acknowledgment number via SMS and email.

• Authorities review the application and documents within 30 days.
• Refunds deemed as “Unjust Enrichment” are transferred to the Consumer Welfare Fund.
• For claims above a specified limit, a pre-audit is conducted before approval.
• Refunds are processed through NEFT, RTGS, or ECS.
• No refunds are issued for amounts below ₹1,000.
